Mount Desert Island is where we are based and where most of our work sits, from harbor-village cottages to houses backed up against Acadia. Island homes see hard salt air, seasonal closings, and old framing that rarely starts out level, all of which we plan for before demolition.
Every shower is flood-tested and every wet surface sealed as a certified, warrantied assembly. This is the work we do most, closest to home.

We plan for hard salt air, seasonal closings, and framing that rarely starts out level before demolition, then bring every substrate dead level and waterproof with certified Schluter systems under a lifetime warranty.
How far ahead should I reach out?
Early. We are based on the island, work by appointment with two crews, and the calendar books months ahead, so the sooner we talk the better.
